- Supply of project team and supervision (Approximately 30 employees)
- Installation of manufacturing equipment supplied from Japan
- Modification, refit, and reset of conveyor chain tensioning system equipment
- Replacement of existing conveyor sections using specialised lifting equipment
- Installation of conveyor guide rollers to required alignment tolerances
- Modifications to work platforms
- Replacement of two full conveyor line sections in the sanding oven
- Relocation of boring machine and die spotting press over the Easter shutdown period
- Co-ordination and supervision of sub-contractors
- Relocation of an entire particleboard manufacturing plant from Victoria to Idaho, USA
- Isolation, tagging, disconnection and disassembly of all electrical and mechanical services for the capital equipment
- Sealing, packing and crating of two production lines including the main presses, each weighing in excess of 35 tonnes, into shipping containers
- Supervision and project management for the relocation, including the reassembly and recommissioning in the USA
- Disassembly and containerisation of Fibreglass manufacturing plant in Victoria for transportation to China
- Returning site to a safe environment once equipment was removed
- Decommissioning and removal of obsolete equipment
- Works completed within the allocated time frame with no safety incidents recorded during the term of the project
