Our project services are carried out using on-site supervisors who control operational, OH&S and QA activities. In turn, they are supported by Head Office which handles administration, and supports OH&S management and QA activities. Our value added services of project costing, scheduling and equipment hire ensure we are capable of meeting each project's unique needs.
Over the last 15 years SKILLED Services has managed numerous turnkey projects on either a reimbursable or fixed price contract footing. Transparent, up to date and accurate reporting processes enable both us and our clients to manage the cost, timing and resources of projects.
